ecasa: add initial support for flickr

requires python-flickrapi which pulls a lot of dependencies and you
currently (as the situation reg. sharing an api key is unknown to me)
have to enter an api key on your own. you can request one from the
flickr homepage.
also adds the previously missing dependency on python-twisted-web which
is present in most images anyway, but better safe than sorry :P

autotimer: pick iso8859-15 as default encoding with german gui

please note that this changes the previous default behavior and might
lead to unexpected results, as the default encoding is not saved. so
switching languages might result in the encoding to change. this does
however not affect timers already in memory.
in general this should improve general user experience while some might
be confused if they change the on-screen language a lot.

Do not allow to add bouquets or services from Enigma1-receivers. Streaming is not possible, the webinterface from Enigma1 does not zap automatically to the selected service...you the classic function if your Partnerbox is using Enigma1...

this was just for convenience during development...

ecasa: add download functionality and basic slideshow.

slideshow currently is a little off since decoding starts at the
interval (after last picture was shown), but the actual download is
initiated for the next picture, so we assume it to be downloaded.

to polish this, we should show the picture after max(download time +
decoding time, interval), whereas currently it's interval + undefined :)

Toplevel.py: fix for newer versions of twisted-web

POST is used for those requests to circumvent the cache, but with
twisted-web 10.0.0 and newer only GET and HEAD are valid request
methods. So if we detect a render_GET implementation we add our own
render_POST which in turn just calls the render_GET implementation.
Otherwise we just use the plain static.File implementation as was
done before.

ecasa: allow to limit size of local cache

defaults to 15mb, cleaned on plugin shutdown.
also smaller fixes/usability improvements to picture wall (no longer
allowed to go to previous/next page if the list is not loaded) and
picture view (hide pixmap on next/prev to avoid confusion).

epgsearch: change search button in epg to just read "Search"

"EPG Search" does seem kind of redundant in this context. Given that the
buttons have limited space, especially in SD skins, losing the "EPG"
should make them more readable and improve overall visual appearance.
